Hello, my name is Ray Corlew, I am a long time Tiger Cub nut! My love and appreciation goes back to the early fifties when I would go to the flat track races in Nashville, TN on my Cushman scooter. I would stand around and beg Doug Burton and Jimmy Deboe to let me hold their Cubs up when they came in to the pits. From then on I've been hooked on Tiger Cubs!! My appreciation and dedication to keeping their memory alive is intense! Any information I can share on Cubs is free!
Thanks to Steve Aikens (You're most welcome, Ray - sa) for his time and effort for this wonderful web page. We Cub lovers should be and I'm sure will forever be grateful for his contribution to keeping the memory alive, I will be sending pictures of my collection of Cubs and a short story behind them. All Cubs usually have a neat story to be told! I hope you enjoy seeing my Cubs as much as I enjoy sharing them with you!!

# 1- Cub 1964-65 T20SM SN 99865 - I'm currently competing with this cub in AHRMAS vintage trials. A junk dealer friend of mine found this cub out on a farm a few miles from my home, it had been laying out close to the barn and had a tree growing through the front wheel, the farmer wouldn't let him cut the tree because it provided shade! So when I first saw it had no front wheel, and only a prayer of hope, but lucky enough the engine still had oil in it, a few days of wd-40 down the head and i got it broke loose, lower end was ok, sure have enjoyed this one!!
#2 - 1961 Custom Cub SN 74002 - This bike originally came from Portland Oregon, the original owner said he sold it because it didn't have enough power to ride in fast traffic. Some how it got to Daytona, I purchased it from Elli Anderson, a cub collector in Atlanta, Ga. I sure would like to know the story of how it got to the south! As a teenager I used to dream how I would fix a cub if only I had the money, well 40 + years later my dream came true!!
#3-1965 T20 SM SN 99810 - This bike was purchased already restored in Arizona, I found it over the internet, fellow was selling to buy his girl friend a present, I use this bike to ride at shows and swap meets, a real fun bike!! (The back of the picture says this is Ray's rider - sa)
#4-1960 T20S SN 62350 - My first restoration. A 2-year project, purchased from Gary Davis in Portland, Oregon. Gary has over 100 cubs, says he just never seem to get around to restoring any. I started with matching frame and engine and then bought the rest a piece at a time, thought I was going to have to mortgage my farm before I was through. but it turned out nice, I owe much to Gary Davis and Dan Andrade ( cub collector from Vancouver Washington) for lots of help and bits and pieces!!!
